Biography of Prof. Dr. LuÌs Nandin de Carvalho:
Prof. Dr. LuÌs Nandin de Carvalho, founder of PIO, began his career as a lawyer, later becoming a Jurisconsultant. Dr. Carvalho has a Masters Degree in Political Science and Economics. He is also currently teaching at both the ISEG- Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão University and the Modern University in Lisbon, Portugal. Dr. Carvalho has served in several public and political capacities. He continues to provide counsel to various foreign politicians upon request, and is the actual GM of GLRP/GLLP.
